Information used by the app

Rooted CNA Lab may store your account email, selected state, CNA journey stage, optional test date, study progress, quiz and mock-exam results, and payment-access status so your access and progress can be restored and synchronized across devices.

Training-program directory

The app may display publicly available information about approved training programs, such as program name, city, contact information, approval dates, and source links. This information relates to organizations and public program listings, not private student records.

Payments

Stripe processes payment information. Rooted CNA Lab does not store your full payment-card number.

Offline storage

The installed web app stores a local copy of your progress and, after paid access is verified, a protected local study-library copy so the app can work offline. Reconnecting allows access, directory information, and progress to be revalidated and synchronized.

Advertising and sale of study data

Rooted CNA Lab does not sell your study-progress data to advertisers.

Retention and access

Account and progress information may be retained while your Rooted CNA Lab account remains active or as reasonably necessary to provide access, maintain records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or comply with applicable obligations.
