Terms + Final Sale Policy

Educational use

Rooted CNA Lab is an independent educational study and exam-prep resource. It is not a state-approved CNA training program, testing authority, healthcare provider, or substitute for required classroom or clinical training, instructor evaluation, employer policy, resident care plans, or current state/testing-vendor instructions.

A purchase grants one purchaser a personal, non-transferable right to use the product. Content may not be copied, resold, redistributed, scraped, shared as a course bank, or represented as official state examination material.

Final sale — no refunds

Because paid digital access is delivered immediately, purchases are final sale and non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived. Duplicate or clearly erroneous charges may be corrected as appropriate or as required by law.

If a payment is refunded, reversed, or successfully disputed, associated app access may be suspended or revoked.

Lifetime access

Lifetime access means access for the life of the Rooted CNA Lab product/account offering, subject to these Terms. Accounts are for individual use and may not be sold, shared, transferred, or used to provide paid instruction to others from the question bank.

No pass guarantee

Practice scores and readiness indicators are study tools only. No score in Rooted CNA Lab guarantees certification, admission, employment, or a passing state examination result.
