Terms + Final Sale Policy

Educational use

Rooted CNA Lab is an independent CNA education, navigation, study, and career-support resource. It may help users locate state-approved nurse aide training programs, but Rooted CNA Lab itself is not a state-approved initial CNA training program unless a future offering is explicitly identified as such. It does not replace required classroom or clinical training, instructor evaluation, certification testing, employer orientation, delegation, facility policy, resident care plans, or current state/testing-vendor instructions.

A purchase grants one purchaser a personal, non-transferable right to use Rooted CNA Lab Core. Content may not be copied, resold, redistributed, scraped, shared as a course bank, or represented as official state examination or employer material.

Core lifetime access

Lifetime access means access for the life of the Rooted CNA Lab Core product/account offering, subject to these Terms. Core updates may be added over time. Future stand-alone specialty labs, advanced courses, credentials, or separately priced products are not automatically included merely because a purchaser has Core lifetime access.

Program listings

Program information is sourced from official or identified sources when possible. Approval status, admissions, schedules, tuition, availability, phone numbers, and other details can change. Users must confirm current details directly with the program and state authority before enrolling or paying.

Final sale — no refunds

Because paid digital access is delivered immediately, purchases are final sale and non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived. Duplicate or clearly erroneous charges may be corrected as appropriate or as required by law.

If a payment is refunded, reversed, or successfully disputed, associated app access may be suspended or revoked.

No certification, pass, or employment guarantee

Rooted CNA Lab does not guarantee admission to a training program, certification, a passing examination result, job placement, employment, or competency sign-off. Practice scores and readiness indicators are study tools only.
